Yes, there exist several demons, but the greatest and most powerful demon is the one on the inside, found in our thoughts 'Negative thoughts'.

God had a lot in mind when he created you, don’t think less of yourself. He has given us all we need: the HOLY SPIRIT (Joel 2:28), GRACE (2 Cor. 12:9), WISDOM (Job 32:8), POWER (John 1:12), His DIVINE NATURE (2 pet 1:3-4), DOMINION (Gen. 1:26) and He blessed us with His own breath.
It is obvious we already have all we need.

In conclusion, Jer. 29:11 "For I know the thoughts I have towards you says the Lord, thought of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end.”(NKJV)

If God Himself has such great thought concerning you, DON'T DO LESS.
